PART 2 - Lindsey "The Beast" Spitler (formerly known as Lindsey Cope) trained at Roger Semsch's awesome Powerhouse Gym St. Louis. She pounds tons of weight and has one hell of a workout! Beast is known for her freaky strength, and she does NOT disappoint, as she throws around 70, 75, and 85 lb dumbells like they are paperweights! An intense workout to say the least. This is part two of our incredible long shoot, featuring a different camera angle!
