Today I again added 3 new clips…see a new vid of Shannon Courtney’s huge arms on the Shannon Courtney in the Hot Pink Bikini, then 1 new video each added to the 2 recent shoot pages I just added from Corona Del Mar and Laguna Beach. Things are really starting to come together! Here’s a message I am preparing for my newsletter that goes out tonight: Hello Everyone! First of all I need to get this out…Thank you so much for all of the positive comments and encouragement. It really does help me to remember why I need to push that extra hard and to harden up when the going get’s tough throughout this dieting process. Thank you to my sponsor HDPhysiques, thank you so very much, it’s truly appreciated! I have two weeks to go, until I compete at the Contra Costa, May 10th. I’m doing two cardio sessions a day as much as possible then weight training also. I must say since last year I focused on bringing up lagging body parts; shoulders, back thickness, making waist tighter and glutes. The challenge I face still at this point in time are my glutes, but overall I am happy with how I look and the big gains and changes that have occurred. I feel as if I am bringing a decent package to the stage; aesthetics, nice full shapely muscle bellies and a leaner physique this year. Always a work in progress though, each year I am determined to be better. Bettering myself for me and for me only. Afterall, bodybuilding is an individual sport, right?!
I’m so excited for all of the sexy new photoshoots that we have been doing. There’s so much more to come….I’ve got fun ideas and plans for shoot locations and several outfits that I know will be thrilling to see :0
